Error..whenever tried to liveupdate the norton antirus 2003,cannot update,the subscription options is expired..how can i renew the subscription free?

To be honest, Norton and McAfee Antiviruses SUCK. I have used much better ones that are FREE. No one should have to pay for updates once you have the application. My suggestion: AVG Antivirus from www.grisoft.com and select the free antivirus option or Avast Antivirus from www.avast.com
Renewal isn't free: think I paid $30.00 to reup my 2003 SystemWorks program. Found out there's no longer any support for anything older than the 2005 (?) version, and LiveUpdate won't work either. Ended up ditching it and getting AVG Anti-Virus, and glad I did.
