Trillian wont work

Outlook 2007 I managed to fix myself

What is up with this programme - I was so happy using Avast - I've confiugured it to ALLOW on all but it still wont work

I use xp SP2, a P4 with excellnt RAM and sh** hot computer.

This "free" software is just crazy - If anyone could supply precise answers (as I've already contacted Norton direct) I would be greatfull - or alternatively I would be happy to chat on IM but my Trillian wont work!!!

? using avast and norton cant run both might be problem-program clash might be effecting others
